DH lived in South Africa about 7 years before he came to the U.S. Admittedly, I had little interest in the country until hearing his stories about growing up in SA. It is a beautiful and vibrant country with a new, forward-thinking approach to sustainability, but it still has its problems as all countries do. The World Cup has highlighted some of them.
